My operating foundation

Experience built across onsite leadership and remote execution.

My perspective comes from managing businesses and people in physical operations, developing commercial opportunities and partnerships, and delivering project-based work remotely across markets. That range helps me see both the client-side objective and the operational realities behind delivery.

  • Executive and client support
  • SOPs, systems, and reporting
  • Remote team and stakeholder management

The Grow with MJX approach

What MJX manages

A clear operating framework for every new engagement.

This is the management framework I apply to each project. I lead the client relationship and coordination, while project-specific manufacturers, BPO operators, recruiters, or specialists are evaluated and engaged for the approved scope. Responsibilities and approval gates are documented before launch.

01 / SUPPLY CHAIN PARTNER MANAGEMENT

From product brief to repeatable supply.

I lead client-side commercial and operational coordination while the selected manufacturer, road or air logistics provider, and other specialists perform the partner-delivered work in the approved scope. You receive a structured process, documented milestones, and one management contact—not an introduction list to chase.

  1. 01
    Define

Confirm the product, specifications, quantity, budget, destination, timeline, and success criteria.

  2. 02
    Qualify

Assess confidential manufacturer options for capability, capacity, pricing, lead time, and relevant requirements.

  3. 03
    Validate

Coordinate quotations, samples, commercial terms, feasibility checks, and risks for your written approval.

  4. 04
    Launch

Set the approved order, deposit, production schedule, artwork, packaging, documentation, and communication plan.

  5. 05
    Control and deliver

Track production, quality checks, corrective actions, road or air cargo milestones, and shipment-release decisions.

  6. 06
    Manage and improve

Monitor supplier performance, repeat orders, cost, quality, risk, and continuity while the relationship remains active.

Your approval gates: specifications, samples, commercial terms, production commitment, quality standard, and shipment release. My responsibility: coordinate the approved process, partner communication, reporting, and escalation. The manufacturer, carrier, and appointed specialists remain responsible for their contracted work.

02 / BPO & REMOTE TEAM SETUP

From workforce plan to managed performance.

I design the proposed operating model, evaluate the appropriate BPO, seat-leasing, recruitment, or specialist resources for your requirements, and remain your management contact after launch under the agreed scope.

  1. 01
    Define

Confirm the business outcome, roles, headcount, skills, schedule, service levels, budget, and launch target.

  2. 02
    Design

Recommend the right model: BPO delivery, seat leasing, dedicated recruitment, remote specialists, or a managed combination.

  3. 03
    Select

Coordinate partner or candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, costing, and your final approval.

  4. 04
    Launch

Manage contracting, seats, equipment, access, workflows, onboarding, training readiness, and escalation paths.

  5. 05
    Operate

Oversee attendance, workflow, service levels, performance, weekly reporting, issue resolution, and corrective action.

  6. 06
    Scale and improve

Lead monthly reviews, replacements, added capacity, process refinement, and continuity planning.

Your approval gates: delivery model, roles, budget, shortlisted resources, service levels, and capacity changes. My responsibility: manage the operating structure, reporting rhythm, partner coordination, and performance follow-through. Each BPO, recruiter, or specialist remains responsible for its contracted work.

The engagement model

One accountable relationship from decision to delivery.

Your commercial structure may include a one-time setup and launch fee, a continuing monthly management retainer, and an approved managed-service, project, per-seat, product, or transaction fee. On-site setup, quality-control visits, regular site visits, travel, accommodation, transport, and related operational expenses are quoted and approved separately. Your proposal and Statement of Work define the exact scope, deliverables, approvals, and reporting cadence.

  1. 01

    Qualify

I clarify the business outcome, specifications, budget, timeline, decision process, and operating risks.

  2. 02

    Design

I recommend the delivery model, management scope, commercial structure, milestones, and reporting rhythm.

  3. 03

    Contract

MJX and your business sign the Master Services Agreement and a project-specific Statement of Work.

  4. 04

    Launch

I coordinate onboarding, resources, documentation, communication channels, and the approved start plan.

  5. 05

    Manage

I oversee delivery, resolve issues, report progress, and remain your point of accountability.

  6. 06

    Improve

I review results, risks, capacity, and next priorities with you while the engagement continues.

Mary Jane MJ Tabobo, Founder and Managing Partner of MJX Remote Business Development Services

Your management partner

Mary Jane “MJ” Tabobo

Founder & Your Managing Partner • Certified Digital Business Manager

My management foundation was built onsite through branch and area operations, with responsibility across people leadership, recruitment, sales performance, customer relationships, operational control, and business development. That experience taught me how strategy, people, targets, and daily execution must work together.

Since 2017, project-based remote work with executives and founders across the US, UK, and Asia has broadened that foundation into cross-market coordination, systems, client support, project management, and remote-team operations. My sourcing work—including products, manufacturers, road logistics, air cargo, and charter-aircraft requirements—then expanded into channel partnerships across Philippine BPOs, seat leasing, recruitment, and remote specialists.

You work directly with me as your managing partner. I lead discovery, solution design, partner evaluation, commercial coordination, setup, communication, and reporting. I do not simply hand over an introduction: I stay involved to coordinate the relationship, monitor the approved work, escalate issues, and maintain the agreed reporting rhythm.

Frequently asked

Clear answers before you engage MJX.

Every engagement is shaped around the business outcome, the market, and the level of coordination required.

What exactly is MJX’s role?

MJX is your client-facing management partner for the agreed scope. I lead discovery, solution design, partner evaluation, commercial coordination, setup, reporting, and ongoing management. Your proposal identifies my responsibilities, your approval gates, the work delivered by outside partners, and the appropriate contracting and payment structure.

What experience does MJ bring?

My experience combines onsite branch and area operations with people leadership, recruitment, sales, business development, and project-based remote work since 2017. Supporting executives and founders across the US, UK, and Asia broadened my experience in cross-market coordination, systems, client support, and remote-team operations. Hands-on sourcing and logistics work further expanded my channel partnerships across manufacturers, road and air logistics, BPOs, seat leasing, recruitment, and remote specialists.

How does MJX operate?

MJX uses a founder-led, channel-partnership model. You engage me to structure and manage the approved solution while selected manufacturers, BPO operators, recruiters, and specialists perform the partner-delivered work defined in the Statement of Work. Where commercially and legally appropriate, your contract and payments may remain directly with MJX; the exact structure is disclosed in your proposal.

What stages does MJX manage?

I personally lead each engagement through six management stages: define the outcome, design the delivery model, qualify the right resources, validate terms and approvals, launch the operation, and manage performance and continuous improvement. The exact approval gates and deliverables are recorded in your proposal and Statement of Work.

Does MJX disclose its manufacturers or BPO delivery partners?

No. MJX’s manufacturers, suppliers, BPO operators, recruiters, specialists, contacts, pricing, and commercial arrangements form a proprietary delivery network and remain confidential. You receive the agreed service, deliverables, quality oversight, and management reporting through MJX—not direct access to my sources. If specific information is legally required for customs, compliance, or formal transaction documents, only the necessary information will be shared and it will remain subject to written confidentiality and non-circumvention protections.

How are engagements priced?

Depending on scope, your commercial structure may include four separate components: a one-time setup and launch fee; a continuing monthly management retainer; an approved managed-service, project, per-seat, product, or transaction fee; and separately billed operational costs. If I travel for on-site setup, supplier or team visits, quality control, or regular monitoring, the related travel, accommodation, transport, and approved operational expenses are quoted separately. Your proposal and Statement of Work show exactly what is included and require your approval before additional costs are incurred.

Can MJX continue after launch?

Yes. The management retainer is designed to continue for as long as the project or managed operation requires my oversight, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.
